Chapter 14 and Chapter 13 are easily doable with Ryuuhou over Perseus. I've even got my auto fleet for W14-4 with Ryuuhou instead, because she's more consistent with damage..

Tbh I found 14-3 tougher than 14-4 but because there's no ammo nodes so you have to do 14-3 mobs with 0 ammo. In my experience with W14 after clearing them, its not too.
