Is Skip Beat Still Ongoing

Well, I'm circling back (for the nth time) and it is very clearly NOT done, so I wanted to ask current fans who follow Skip Beat - what is your prediction on when this.

Skip beat! has been one of my favorite anime for more than a decade, and a couple months ago I finally decided to read the manga. I'm so glad I did, but it's still not.

Normally, a 24 ep. Anime is around 42-44 chapters of a manga. Even though, we have enough chapters now for a season 2. atm, it is still not possible for us to see a season 2..

The release feels slow, since the chapters are usually not long (sadly due to the Mangaka's health), they are releasing only once a month AND we all have to wait for the translation.
